One record

Each service feeds the next.

The four services describe the same vessel from different sides, so the work done in one is reused by the others.

  1. Documentation is the foundation.

Manuals, drawings and certificates filed against their components are what a PMS is built on.

  2. The PMS puts it to work.

Components, maintenance plans and documents in one system the crew uses every day.

  3. Consultancy picks the system.

Comparing the providers against your vessel and crew means the record lands in a system that suits them.

  4. 360° shows what the drawings cannot.

Pictures taken with the panels open record what runs behind them, located on the same vessel.

How we work

From bare hull to a trusted record.

  1. 01 · Audit

    What exists

We start with the vessel, the documents and whatever system is already in place, and list what is missing, out of date or wrong.

  2. 02 · Structure

    How the boat is run

A component hierarchy and a documentation tree built around how this vessel is actually operated.

  3. 03 · Populate

    Everything filed

Manuals, drawings and certificates collected, renamed and filed against the component they belong to. Maintenance plans built to manufacturer intervals, with LSA and FFE tasks alongside. You follow the progress in real time on a shared project platform.

  4. 04 · Handover

    Crew trained, record verified

Quality checks on the database, the documentation and the maintenance plan, then training for Heads of Department and crew. An operational yacht takes about eight weeks. A new build is ready the day she is handed over, given six months' notice.
