Irene Cavallin
HR & Administrative Manager
Irene holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics and is responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the company. She manages employee relations, recruitment processes, and internal communications, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace culture. Irene also supports organizational development by implementing policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and operational goals. Her strong communication skills are key in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Beatrice Grespan
Business Development Manager
Beatrice began her career in operations consulting at PwC before moving into strategic roles at De’Longhi Group, where she helped lead the digital transformation of global supply chain processes. She later joined McKinsey & Company as a Junior Associate in the Operations Excellence Program, advising clients on performance improvement across industries. Drawing on her deep analytical background and experience in cross-functional environments, Beatrice brings a sharp, strategic approach to business development and growth initiatives.
Daniele Deplano
3D Scan and 360° Photos Specialist
Daniele is an expert in 3D technologies with over a decade of hands-on experience in applying advanced tools and techniques to bring projects to life. He played a key role in the 3D scanning and modeling of Notre Dame de Paris, a highly intricate and globally significant project. Daniele has worked on some of the most challenging and unique 3D scanning initiatives worldwide, including projects in cultural heritage, architecture, and industrial applications. His dedication to precision and quality has made him a trusted professional in the field of 3D technology
Kevin Burke
Database Technician
With over 35 years of experience in the marine industry, Kevin specializes in database population and data management. His deep knowledge of the yachting industry and passion for effective solutions have made him highly respected in his field. Kevin has worked on yachts up to 140m, handling not only straightforward database implementations but also focusing on improving and refining existing systems. His practical approach and extensive experience ensure reliable results for even the most complex projects.
Marie Helene Patrice
Database Technician
Marie began her career at sea as a Marine Engineer, spending many years sailing on various yachts. Building on her extensive maritime experience, she went on to work with MAN in the 2000s, where she gained invaluable expertise. She later transitioned into a role as a database technician, specializing in the implementation of planned maintenance systems. With her deep maritime knowledge and advanced technical skills in database management, Marie excels in delivering effective PMS solutions.
Vincenzo Basile
Database Technician
Vincenzo brings over a decade of hands-on experience managing technical systems on board naval vessels, where precision, system reliability, and preventive maintenance are critical. He now applies that expertise to the yachting world, combining engineering depth with a structured approach to PMS database setup — ensuring that every system is backed by accurate, well-organized, and vessel-specific data.
Marco Federigi
Database Technician
With over a decade of hands-on experience in shipyards across Italy and France, Marco brings practical expertise to PMS data entry and technical database work. His in-depth understanding of onboard systems and build processes allows him to accurately populate and structure databases tailored to each vessel’s needs. Combining field knowledge with a meticulous approach, Marco ensures that every dataset is reliable, complete, and aligned with operational realities onboard.
Federico Pivato
Document Management Specialist
Federico ensures seamless handling of documentation. His role includes scanning and cataloging paper documents, applying OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for text searchability, bookmarking for efficient navigation, and sourcing and uploading documentation into the system. With a detail-oriented and organized approach, he plays a key part in programming highly efficient management systems.
